Introduction:

CHARACTERISTICS

Tilmicosin is a semi-synthetic macrolide antibiotic from Tylosin and has broad antibacterial spectrum, especially, respiratory diseases. It shows low MIC and long half-life and good tissue penetration.

Tilmicosin phosphate ‥‥‥‥‥‥‥ 300 mg (activity)

INDICATION

Treatment of diseases caused by tilmicosin-sensitive bacteria.
Cattle : Pasteurella multocida, Mannheimia haemolytica (Pasteurella haemolytica)

DOSAGE &
ADMINISTRATION

Inject a single subcutaneous dose of 0.033mL/kg(b.w)(as tilmicosin 10mg/kg) or Forceil inj. 1 mL/30kg(b.w.).

ATTENTION

- Withdrawal period - cattle : 28 days
- Follow the prescription of veterinarian.
- Only use for bovine and must be injected subcutaneously.
